VTR North is a creative post production facility based in Leeds. Specialising in high end projects we offer visual effects, 3D animation, editing, titles design and graphics, radio commercial production and sound design.
Our approach is collaborative, working closely with our clients throughout projects. From initial script meetings, through storyboarding, animatics, shoot attendance, to off-lining, final post effects and finishing. VTR North's highly experienced production team ensure that the whole process occurs as smoothly and efficiently as possible, while our effects artists, editors and designers work closely as a team sharing work across a fully integrated HD digital network.
The facility is equipped with Autodesk Smoke HD & Combustion, Maya Unlimited 3D, Pixar's Renderman, Final Cut Pro HD, After Effects and Pro Tools HD.
Our state of the art machine room offers a digital playout service, dubbing, transfers, encoding and DVD authoring.
The facility was designed and custom built from the ground up inside The Old Brewery in the bustling Calls area of the city. In addition to the design and edit suites we offer our clients meeting rooms, a café bar, production offices, wi-fi and broadband access together with car parking, all within easy reach of bars, restaurants and the railway station.
